Carol Baffi-Dugan is Associate Dean of Undergraduate Education and Director of Health Professions Advising at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM). She has worked with prehealth students, including predental students, for 35 years, first at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and for the past 29 years at TUSDM.

With over 10 years of experience, Francisco Castelan recently joined the Center for Career Discovery and Development at Georgia Institute of Technology as their new Pre-Health Advisor. He is one of the Co-chairs to the National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions (NAAHP) 2016 National Conference in Minneapolis, MN, and volunteers his time with the non-profit organization Tour for Diversity in Medicine.
